Here you will find out lots of information about our daily activities, what we have been learning and links/ideas to help us learn at home.

This year our Nursery class is supported by two teachers and three experienced Early Years LSOs.  We have large, bright, stimulating rooms with fun and inviting activities for the children to use and develop their independent learning.

Rewards

We reward the children with Dojo points and stickers.

 Daily 'Stars of the Day' for Nursery children.  There is a Weekly Nursery Dojo champion with a prize.

We have celebration assemblies via Google Meet every two weeks to celebrate the children's achievements.   

Language and Literacy

During our Language and Literacy sessions we have lots of different fun.

Here are some examples of what get up to...

• Listening to lots of stories as well as writing our own
• Mark making in paint/foam/rice/sand
• Sound hunts
• Read Write Inc
• Role play, dressing up re-enacting stories
