Well-Being sessions are part of our curriculum which we cover every week. This includes, whole class THRIVE activities which involve discussions and exercises that focus on topics such as worries, fears and friendships etc.

We also follow the New Horizons short focused meditation sessions which help children relax and focus on their breathing. Additionally, we look at mindfulness where the children are able to use mindful colouring as a way of focusing their attention on a task.
